•Provide expert travel consultations to clients regarding the best destinations based on their budget, preferences, and requirements.
•Recommend suitable hotels, resorts, and accommodations that match client needs and desired comfort level.
•Plan and arrange all ground transportation and transfers (airport-hotel-tours-return) for each trip.
•Coordinate various transportation services, including private transfers, shared shuttles, taxis, and limousines, according to client requests.
•Compare and evaluate flight and hotel offers to secure the best value and prices for clients.
•Monitor and manage client bookings while making necessary modifications until departure.
•Deliver comprehensive pre-travel advice including visa requirements, travel insurance, baggage guidelines, and safety information.
•Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
