Skills & Technologies: This role demands proficiency in Architecture, advanced skills in AutoCAD, and a solid command of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Technical Office procedures is paramount, alongside a strong understanding of construction documentation, project management principles, and potentially BIM software.
