Job Details

The Market Research Senior Analyst is responsible for leading market and financial research to support development and investment decisions across residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, educational, and club projects. The role owns the full research cycle from data collection and analysis to insight generation and translates complex market data into clear, actionable recommendations that support development strategy, feasibility, pricing, and business development decisions

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain comprehensive market databases covering projects, developers, prices, launches, and performance indicators.
  • Develop data-driven pricing strategies, including initial price points, escalation scenarios, and differentiated pricing by unit type or location.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking covering pricing, payment plans, product positioning, and sales performance.
  • Provide research inputs to finance and investment teams for business cases, feasibility models, and investment evaluations.
  • Lead macro and micro market studies, including supply, demand, pricing, absorption, competition, and buyer profiling.
  • Support project feasibility studies by providing highest and best use analysis, product mix recommendations, density inputs, and demand justification.
  • Analyze economic indicators, regulations, interest rates, and market trends impacting real estate development decisions.
  • Perform advanced data analysis and modeling using Excel to support absorption forecasts, price benchmarks, and revenue assumptions.
  • Prepare clear, professional reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and partners.
  • Deliver periodic market updates and identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks for pipeline and existing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with development, investment, finance, sales, and marketing teams and liaise with external consultants as required.
