We're an all-in-one business growth platform built specifically for residential and commercial field service businesses. Landscapers, plumbers, cleaners, contractors - these businesses are the backbone of every community, and most of them are still running on sticky notes and Venmo requests.
We fix that. Main St. automates their marketing, manages their leads, and gives them the tools to retain customers and run their day to day - all in one easy to use platform.
We're growing fast and we're looking for driven, independent closers to grow with us.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales position. You own the process from prospecting to close. You'll be given a starter lead list and access to our HubSpot CRM, but you're expected to build and manage your own pipeline.
This is not an order-taking role. We want hunters.
What you'll be doing:
- Cold calling and prospecting field service businesses across the US
- Running your own demos and closing deals independently
- Managing your pipeline in HubSpot
- Working US business hours (9am - 6pm PDT)
What we're looking for:
- Proven cold calling and closing experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- Strong English communication skills - you will be speaking with US business owners daily
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Thick skin and high activity tolerance - this is a volume game
Compensation
This is a commission-only role. No base salary.
- $150 - $500 USD per deal closed depending on plan sold
- Full time reps (300+ logged dials per week in HubSpot) may qualify for a guarantee pay depending on experience through the first month of ramp
- No cap on earnings
