Leading all human resources functions across the company’s coffee shops and bakery operations, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and workforce growth. This role ensures the business attracts, hires, and retains high-performing employees who deliver excellent customer service and support the brand culture.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for store staff, baristas, bakers, supervisors, and support office positions; developing hiring strategies; building talent pipelines; coordinating onboarding and training; and supporting employee engagement and performance management. The HR Manager also ensures compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and operational standards across all locations.
