Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing activities across online channels. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, generating leads, and supporting the company s marketing objectives through digital campaigns, content planning, performance tracking, and online community management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
  • Manage the company s social media channels, including content scheduling, captions, posting, and community engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate digital content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and business priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversion, and ROI.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns, including boosting posts, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to produce creative assets for campaigns, social media, ads, emailers, and website content.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, content opportunities, and digital best practices.
  • Support SEO activities, website content updates, landing pages, and basic performance optimization.
  • Track digital marketing KPIs and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure all digital content is aligned with brand tone, guidelines, and marketing objectives.
  • Support marketing events, launches, campaigns, and promotional activities from a digital communication perspective.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, content planning, and online advertising.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar digital tools is preferred.
  • Strong writing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to read campaign results and suggest improvements.
  • Good coordination skills and ability to work with creative/design teams.
