Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design of structured cabling systems, including copper (Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7) and fiber optic backbone (single-mode and multi-mode).

• Develop ELV system architectures (IP CCTV, Access Control, PAVA, SMATV/IPTV, and BMS interfaces).
• Ensure compliance with international standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, BICSI) and consultant specifications.
• Design scalable, efficient, and high-performance infrastructure solutions for complex projects.
• Lead technical responses for tenders across public and private sectors.
• Analyze RFPs, BOQs, and project drawings to ensure accurate technical understanding.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance sheets, and value engineering solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Support commercial teams in optimizing the balance between cost and performance.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings, providing technical expertise and clarifications.
• Act as the technical authority during project execution and oversee engineering compliance.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Guide site teams on structured cabling best practices (routing, containment, labeling, and termination) and resolve complex cross-disciplinary issues (MEP, ICT, Civil).
• Oversee testing, certification, and commissioning of systems (including Fluke testing, OTDR, and integrated ELV systems).
• Enforce QA/QC procedures, validate documentation (as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals), and ensure compliance with standards.

Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering.
