Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners across Egypt.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and decision makers.
- Manage partner performance through business reviews, planning, and KPI tracking.
- Drive partner engagement programs, incentives, and joint go to market initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through the channel ecosystem and manage sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Support partners in identifying and closing opportunities in enterprise, government, telecom, and commercial sectors.
- Provide commercial, technical, and pre sales coordination support to partners.
- Conduct product presentations, partner training, and joint customer meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and channel dynamics, and provide feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5 7 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management (preferably in networking, security, or data center solutions) Knowledge - Channel sales models & distribution ecosystems
