Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full ERP workflow from Purchase Order creation to final sales and CRMentry.• Ensure all approvals (Marketing, Finance, Logistics) are properly executed within thesystem• Prevent workflow gaps or unauthorized process bypass• Ensure smooth flow across departments (Retail, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, Marketing)• Configure and maintain system structure including: Product coding & Customer and supplier master data• Manage workflows, approval hierarchies, and system logic• Control user roles, permissions, and access rights• Customize system views (hide/show fields based on roles)• Maintain alignment between ERP and CRM data• Ensure all retail transactions are properly reflected on the ERP system• Monitor POS integration with ERP• Ensure accurate sales recording and stock deduction• Track daily sales flow from stores to system• Support retail users and resolve system-related issues• Monitor purchase costs vs actual landed costs• Identify and report variances• Support margin and pricing calculations• Ensure payment records and transactions are accurately recorded• Ensure all sales invoices are correctly generated through the system• Monitor integration with tax authority systems (e-invoicing)• Ensure invoices are submitted automatically and accurately• Troubleshoot any errors related to tax submission or invoice rejection• Monitor ERP system performance and stability• Identify and resolve system issues or performance bottlenecks• Coordinate with IT or vendors for bug fixing and enhancements• Ensure regular system backups are performed and validated• Monitor data integrity and prevent data loss
Requirements• 2–5 years of experience in ERP systems• Strong understanding of:o Retail operationso Finance basicso Supply chain & inventory• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)• Knowledge of e-invoicing and tax compliance processes• Strong Excel and reporting skills• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
