Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager based in East Cairo. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with legal and medical regulations, manage staff, and maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, dispensing prescriptions accurately, managing inventory, and implementing quality assurance processes. The role also involves providing expert pharmaceutical guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy branch • Lead, supervise, and support the pharmacy team • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards • Maintain excellent customer service and patient care standards • Monitor inventory management, stock availability, and operational efficiency • Achieve branch performance targets and contribute to business growth • Ensure smooth coordination between operational, administrative, and healthcare functions
Qualifications & Requirements • Licensed Pharmacist • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy setting • Proven track record in successfully managing pharmacy operations and teams • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and patient service standards
