???? Hiring: Site Supervisor – Finishing
???? Location: Sheraton, Cairo
???? Working Hours: 8 hours/day
???? Job Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise daily finishing activities on-site (plastering, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, etc.)
Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
Follow up on technicians and workers to ensure productivity and quality
Report any site issues and support in resolving them
Monitor materials usage and ensure proper handling on-site
2. Planning & Coordination
Assist in following up the project timeline and daily schedule
Coordinate with Design and Technical teams when needed
Support in organizing supplier and subcontractor site visits
3. Labor & Supplier Follow-up
Supervise workers and ensure tasks are completed on time
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for material delivery
Check materials upon delivery before installation
4. Reporting
Prepare daily reports on site progress
Report work status and any delays or issues to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all workers follow safety regulations on-site
Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
✅ Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finishing or interior projects
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor is preferred
Good knowledge of finishing works and site operations
Basic understanding of drawings
Good communication and team management skills
Ability to handle site pressure and daily challenges
