Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Architect role based in New Cairo. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, preparing detailed architectural and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The role includes coordinating submittals and collaborating with teams to ensure project accuracy and alignment with client requirements. The individual will also contribute to the development and oversight of project documentation and workflows.
Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and creating dynamic architectural designs Proficiency in Architectural Drawings Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience in developing, reviewing, and managing Submittals Proficiency in project coordination and collaboration Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in software such as Revit, Auto CAD, and other BIM-related tools Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture Experience in the engineering consultancy sector or similar is advantageous Requirements:3–5 years of experience minimum in consultant engineering entities Graduate from one of the following universities: AUC, BUE, GUC, Ain Shams University, or Cairo University????
