Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Relationship Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, developing account strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, acting as a primary contact point for clients, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client objectives. The role also involves proactive communication, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services.
