Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chemist position based in New Cairo. The Chemist will perform routine laboratory tests, support quality control processes, and carry out a range of research and development activities. The role involves analyzing chemical properties, developing solutions to operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Collaboration with cross-departmental teams will also form a core part of the role.
Qualifications
Proficient in Laboratory Skills and safe handling of chemicals and equipment Strong knowledge and experience with Quality Control processes and standards Possesses Analytical Skills for problem-solving and chemical property evaluations Background in conducting Research and experience in Research and Development (R&D) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus) Experience in urban development or utilities-related chemistry is desirable
