We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing finishing works and ensuring efficient maintenance operations across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage all finishing activities and renovations.• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently• Monitor material usage and control project costs• Prepare technical reports and progress updates
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.• Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in commercial, hospitality, or site management• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and standards• Good understanding of maintenance systems and procedures• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
