Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent, located in Cairo. The Rental Sales Agent will assist customers in renting vehicles, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily responsibilities include processing rental agreements, understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and promoting additional services such as insurance and upgrades. Collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications Experience in Car Rental services and a deep understanding of rental processes Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and proven Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers Sales skills with the ability to promote and achieve targets for additional services Proficiency in using digital booking platforms is a plus Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous
