Job Details

Customizo is growing, and we’re looking for a strong Senior Account Executive – Service Now Solutions to help drive our next stage of growth in Egypt. This is not just a sales role. It is a chance to help expand Customizo’s presence in the Egyptian market, build strategic client relationships, and work on meaningful digital transformation opportunities with enterprise clients, partners, and Service Now ecosystem teams. We’re looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, understand client needs, and position the right Service Now solutions with confidence.
In this role, you will:Build and grow a strong Service Now sales pipeline in Egypt Develop relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and technology decision-makers Work closely with Service Now teams and ecosystem partners Lead discovery conversations and identify real business needs Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to shape winning proposals Represent Customizo in client meetings, partner discussions, and industry events
We’d love to meet you if you have:5+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in Egypt Experience selling enterprise software, IT consulting, system integration, or digital transformation services Strong relationships across the Egyptian business and technology market Excellent Arabic and English communication skills A consultative sales style and the ability to manage complex opportunities Service Now experience or exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or workflow automation is a strong plus
