Role Overview:We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and commercially minded Leasing & Community Executive to join our growing team. The role combines workspace leasing, community engagement, partnerships, events, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct workspace tours for potential clients• Follow up with leads and inquiries• Support private office and coworking leasing• Build relationships with members and visitors• Organize events, workshops, and networking activities• Reach out to facilitators, trainers, speakers, and partners• Help grow and engage the B87 community• Support daily member experience and workspace operations• Coordinate with marketing for event and community content
Requirements:• 2+ years of experience• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Organized, proactive, and professional• Comfortable with sales, networking, and client interaction• Ability to manage multiple tasks and events• Interest in startups, coworking, hospitality, or community building• English proficiency is preferred• Previous experience in coworking, hospitality, leasing, events, or customer relations is a plus
