Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, assisting with order processing, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate sales records. Collaboration with internal teams and providing exceptional customer service will be essential in this role.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations Faculty of Engineer communications departement Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Proficiency in Sales processes and basic knowledge of sales systems and tracking tools Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
