Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Senior Key Account Manager at MyVA Media. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, business planning to drive growth, and analyzing client needs and market trends. The Senior Key Account Manager will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that client objectives align with the organization’s goals. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to execute consistent and successful account strategies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Account Management and experience handling Key Accounts Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on effective stakeholder management Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
