Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Qesm El Maadi for a Turkish Advisor (Live Chat). The role involves promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through live chat in Turkish. Main responsibilities include assisting users with their concerns, resolving technical or general issues, and providing excellent customer service. Advisors will ensure communication is clear, friendly, and solution-oriented to deliver positive user experiences. Training and support will be provided, and prior experience is not required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Turkish, with strong written communication skills Customer service mindset, with the ability to provide empathetic, courteous, and efficient assistance Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously Willingness to learn and adapt to various tools and communication platforms Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat systems Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi English language skills are a plus No prior experience required; training will be provided
