Role Description We are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Finance & Administration to lead financial operations and administrative services at MASADER in Alexandria. This role ensures robust financial control, accurate reporting, and effective personnel and facility administration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles while maintaining accounting policies and ERP systems. Treasury & Controls: Manage cash planning, bank relationships, and internal controls for payments and audits. HR & Administrative Oversight: Direct administrative services, including transportation, facilities, and security, while fostering teamwork and ethical conduct. Supply Chain & Commercial Management: Oversee commercial and supply chain operations ensuring integrity of processes and optimizing purchasing cycles. Operational Analysis: Provide data-driven recommendations on margins, unit costs, and working capital to the General Manager and Board. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA, ACCA, or MBA (preferred). Experience: 10–15+ years of finance experience, including management in industrial or manufacturing environments. Technical Proficiency: Advanced use of Excel and ERP experience, Exposure to AI tools, with strong internal governance and communication skills. Sustainability: Ability to maintain records and practices supporting ISCC sustainability requirements.
