Job description:
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing full quantity take-offs, managing purchase quantities, and reviewing subcontractor invoices — ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare complete quantity take-offs for all project items.
• Prepare and verify purchase quantities in coordination with the procurement team.
• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze consumption and waste rates for each work item.
• Support cost control by preparing monthly cost reports and cash flow updates.
• Conduct quantity verification and update records according to site progress.
• Assist in evaluating variation orders and price comparisons.
