Reporting: Branches Manager

 

Fixed Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greeting and attending to visitors at the front desk
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Accurate patients’ data entry into our clinic management system
  • Time keeping and proper schedule management. Contact patients in case of delay
  • Schedule follow up appointments & next visit action
  • Professionally assist both staff and patients to ensure smooth work flow
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Keep updated records of office sales & expenses
