Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, conducting client meetings, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, and managing customer accounts from order placement through final delivery and payment collection.
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term customer satisfaction, follow up professionally on outstanding payments, and coordinate effectively with internal factory and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and develop new customers within pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare industries.
- Conduct client visits and meetings to present company products and services.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Follow up with customers to finalize orders and coordinate order submission to the factory.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the order cycle.
- Follow up on invoices and payment collections to ensure timely customer payments and maintain healthy account status.
- Professionally manage accounts receivable and maintain consistent communication with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery and build long-term business relationships.
- Receive customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns when required.
