We are hiring a BIM Coordinator with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in BIM software is mandatory, including Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related platforms.
• Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Combine and manage discipline-specific models (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) into a federated BIM model.
• Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and naming conventions.
• Coordinate model integration and support interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
