- Run research, map user journeys, and bring ideas to life with prototypes.
- Design clear, engaging experiences that drive onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Help keep our design system consistent and evolving.
- Share ideas, test fast, and keep improving how we design at Sana.
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping product strategy, ensuring solutions align with business goals and user needs. You will be responsible for translating complex problems into scalable product solutions, optimizing user flows, and driving engagement through data-informed decisions. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to execution, ensuring each release delivers measurable impact and value.
Desired Candidate Profile
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio.
- Experience shipping for both desktop and mobile.
- Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and using data to improve designs.
- Strong service design mindset, comfortable navigating B2B complexity and multi-actor journeys across roles, touchpoints, and systems.
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
- Hands-on with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Curious and experimental mindset: quick to sketch, test, and learn.
- Experience leading workshops and bringing different voices into the process.
- Use AI tools naturally as part of your workflow.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
