Senior Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Our client is a leading company in the funeral services industry based in Egypt and is recognized for its commitment to innovation and compassionate service. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their leadership team and drive brand building and growth from the ground up. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, ideal for a creative and strategic thinker passionate about building meaningful brands and scaling impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and own the company's brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
- Build a strong, trusted, and recognizable brand within the Egyptian market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to execution and performance analysis.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted initiatives.
- Manage and optimize digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content.
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new channels to expand reach.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content that informs, engages, and converts.
- Manage internal and external communications with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Lead PR efforts and media outreach to strengthen brand presence.
- Track marketing KPIs and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Build and manage the marketing team as the company scales.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership teams.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university (Master's Degree or MBA is a plus)
Experience: 8 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
