Job Summary:The Human Resources Manager will lead core HR functions including performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement. This role ensures compliance with Egyptian labor law, supports payroll and compensation processes, and collaborates with shared services and stakeholders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and people-centric workplace.
Key Responsibilities:-Performance Management. Lead, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals and values. Partner with department heads to set clear, measurable objectives and KPIs for employees at all levels. Facilitate regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development planning to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide training and support to managers on delivering constructive feedback and managing underperformance effectively.
-Talent Acquisition. Work closely with Shared Services team through full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job design to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates. Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, universities, and professional networks to maintain a robust talent pipeline. Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
-Employee Development. Conduct skills gap analyses and collaborate with leadership to define learning and development priorities. Lead and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives to support employee growth and career progression. Promote a culture of continuous learning through mentorship programs, coaching, and leadership development tracks. Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance outcomes.
-Employee Culture & Engagement. Champion a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture that supports employee well-being and organizational success. Lead the design and execution of engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans to address key areas of improvement. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events that reinforce company values and foster community. Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment between employee experience and organizational mission.
-Employee Relations. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all departments. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and recommend appropriate resolutions. Maintain a strong understanding of employee sentiment and proactively address concerns to promote a harmonious work environment.
-Employee Experience. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from onboarding to offboarding. Continuously assess and improve HR touchpoints such as onboarding, internal communications, and exit interviews. Implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and advocacy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that employee needs are met across all stages of their journey.
-Payroll & Compensation. Work closely with the Shared Services team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Support the annual salary review cycle, including benchmarking, budgeting, and communication of compensation changes. Contribute to the design and implementation of total rewards strategies that are competitive and aligned with business goals. Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll in a timely and professional manner.
-Governance & Compliance. Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance regulations, and other statutory requirements. Monitor changes in labor legislation and update internal policies and practices accordingly. Enforce adherence to internal HR policies, procedures, and ethical standards across the organization. Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
-Stakeholder Collaboration. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including department heads, finance, legal, and IT to align HR initiatives with business needs. Represent the HR function in cross-functional projects and strategic planning discussions. Liaise with external stakeholders such as government authorities, legal advisors, training providers, and recruitment agencies to ensure compliance and service excellence. Act as a key point of contact for HR-related communications and initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR best practices, and compensation frameworks. Proven experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
