We’re looking for a driven and commercially sharp Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us empower merchants to build and scale their online businesses. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation to closing. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Prospect, engage, and qualify potential merchants across different industries. Understand client needs and position tailored e-commerce solutions that drive value. Deliver compelling product demos and commercial presentations Negotiate effectively and close high-quality deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in sales roles within e-commerce, Saa S, fintech, or digital solutions. Strong understanding of online business models and digital commerce. Solid commercial mindset — you understand what drives business decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership. Good command in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience using CRM tools such as Hub Spot is a plus.
