Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Qesm El Zamalek. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending tailored solutions. Daily tasks include preparing technical presentations, building relationships with new and existing customers, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves negotiation, follow-up on deals, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering principles and the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications. Sales and Customer Relations: Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management within a client-focused environment. Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to deliver effective technical presentations. Market Knowledge and Research: Knowledge of the industry and market trends, along with the ability to conduct competitive analyses. Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Ability to assess customer needs, solve problems effectively, and work collaboratively with internal teams. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
