Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, managing sales negotiations, maintaining a strong knowledge of the real estate market, and building long-term client relationships. The role also involves ensuring clients receive high-quality service at every stage of the transaction process.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate market practices and Real Property principles Strong Sales skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to client needs Familiarity with the local New Cairo real estate market is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
