We are looking for a highly organized and proactive B2B Account Executive to join our operations in serving hotels, companies, and large-scale projects across Egypt.???? Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Order Management: Manage the full cycle of client orders from confirmation to successful delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the vital link between clients and internal teams (factory production and logistics). Client De-escalation & Issue Resolution: Professionally handle client complaints, absorb frustration during delays, and provide fast, practical solutions. Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure orders are dispatched strictly on time. Documentation: Prepare accurate B2B quotations, invoices, and maintain organized order records via our internal systems.???? Qualifications:2-3 years of solid experience in account management, sales coordination, or operations (Experience in manufacturing or B2B is a huge plus). Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. Highly Punctual & Time-Oriented: Strict adherence to deadlines, delivery schedules, and working hours. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Proven ability to manage stressful situations calmly and turn dissatisfied clients into loyal partners.
