Role Description Inspect and verify all incoming raw materials used in furniture manufacturing. Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality checks for upholstery materials, metal components, and glass items. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding material acceptance or rejection. Monitor external sourcing quality and supplier performance. Prepare quality reports and maintain proper documentation. Identify defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure adherence to company quality policies and procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within the furniture industry. Extensive experience in receiving and inspecting all types of raw materials used in furniture manufacturing. Strong background in external sourcing quality control, including ( Upholstery materials,Metal components and Glass materials. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
