Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo, Egypt for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing budgets, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications. The role also requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to ensure project goals are achieved effectively.

Qualifications

Leadership and Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and ensure proper project execution Budgeting and Project Control experience to plan, manage, and oversee project budgets and timelines Expertise in Construction and Construction Safety to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards Ability to identify risks and develop solutions to maintain progress and minimize delays Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Proficiency in project management software is an advantage Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects is highly desirable
