Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria for the role of Sales and Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for duties such as developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales pipelines, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to meet sales and marketing targets. Responsibilities also include providing customer service and assisting in training efforts to boost team efficiency and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and team members Proven experience in Sales, with an ability to meet targets and close deals Knowledge of Sales Management and ability to train and guide team members Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in digital communication and CRM systems is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
