Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Account Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong business connections. Responsibilities include managing and growing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver projects on time. Additionally, the role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving any issues, and delivering tailored solutions to align with the company’s commitment to quality and value.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, account development, and customer service skills Proficiency in negotiation, sales, and proposal creation Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure project timelines are met Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing industry processes and terminology is an advantage Proficiency in project management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is advantageous
