Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales position based in Alexandria. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will include tasks such as strategizing, negotiating, and managing sales processes, as well as providing training and mentoring to the sales team. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Strong verbal and written Communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in building and maintaining excellent Customer Service standards Proven experience in Sales, including client acquisition and revenue growth Experience in Sales Management and team leadership Ability to provide effective training and foster collaborative team development Analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset Knowledge of logistics and shipping industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
