Focus: Advanced Support | Infrastructure Care | Team Mentorship● Your Strategic Impact (Key Responsibilities):Infrastructure Care: Lead the installation, maintenance, and expert-level repair of workstations, printers, and Smart Boards. Expert Support: Handle Level 2 & 3 hardware, software, and network escalations with a proactive mindset. Team Leadership: Mentor junior technicians and foster a culture of technical excellence across the department. System Integrity: Oversee the ticketing system to ensure swift resolution and 100% end-user satisfaction. Knowledge Hub: Document technical solutions and build a "Knowledge Base" for recurring IT issues.● Who You Are (Requirements):Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in technical support (with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity). Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. Tech Stack: Mastery of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and advanced Network troubleshooting. Hardware Pro: Deep hands-on experience in maintaining IT peripherals and educational classroom technology. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tech for non-technical users.● Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience within Educational Institutions is a significant advantage.
