Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a (C1) Customer Support Agent (Chat & Call) located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via chat and call channels, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to customer issues, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Agents will manage and troubleshoot customer issues, work closely with internal teams to resolve concerns, and strive to improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address inquiries efficiently and empathetically Proven ability in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem resolution Excellent Communication skills for both written and verbal interactions with customers Strong Troubleshooting capabilities to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues effectively Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous
