Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tax Accountant, based in Egypt. The Senior Tax Accountant will manage and oversee tax compliance activities, prepare and review tax returns, and ensure all tax-related filings are accurately and timely completed. Responsibilities include performing tax research, analyzing tax regulations to ensure compliance, preparing financial data reports, and identifying tax-saving opportunities. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to provide guidance on tax-related matters and liaising with tax authorities as needed.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of tax preparation, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements Strong proficiency in financial analysis and data reporting Exceptional skills in tax research and understanding of local and international tax laws Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Skilled in communication and stakeholder collaboration Proficiency in accounting software and general IT tools CPA or relevant professional certification is highly preferred Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
