Role Description We are seeking Medical Representatives (Female & Male) to join Happy Care & Focus Pharma Group Graduates or students are welcome to apply. This is a full-time outdoor role focused on building strong relationships with hospitals, developing long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. The role includes conducting regular field visits, identifying new opportunities, and establishing lasting collaborations with healthcare providers. It also involves expanding the company’s presence while maintaining and growing existing accounts. The position is responsible for strengthening client relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement, and following a professional and consultative approach.
Qualifications No prior experience in the medical field is required, but strong communication skills and a professional appearance are essential. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional attitude. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Presentable appearance and professional conduct. Ability to work in a field-based (outdoor) role Sales-driven mindset with a focus on result.
