Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will actively identify sales opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include guiding customers through property options, providing professional advice, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The Sales Specialist will also handle follow-ups, negotiate deals, and support customer inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with clients and colleagues. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to deliver Training and guidance to team members as needed. Proficiency in negotiation and a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of the Cairo real estate market and segmentation is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
