• Lead the development of mechanical design solutions for projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards such as ASHRAE.
• Prepare and review detailed calculations, design reports, and technical documentation in line with best engineering practices and company standards.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, Electrical) to ensure fully integrated and clash-free design deliverables.
• Manage design timelines and ensure timely submission of all deliverables in accordance with project milestones.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and draughtsman, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy of design outputs.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements and technical standards.
• Identify design risks, technical challenges, and potential conflicts, and propose effective engineering solutions.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize system performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing technical input and addressing design-related queries.
• Develop and standardize calculation templates and design methodologies under the guidance of senior management.
