Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI systems reason about organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI outputs in one of the most complex and nuanced domains — human leadership.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge makes a real difference.

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations Provide clear, structured feedback that helps improve AI reasoning quality Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule

Who You Are

3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying tradeoffs Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing well-reasoned critiques Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently

Nice to Have

MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
