Role Description

The Security Manager role at مجموعه فنادق ريجنسي is a full-time position based on-site in Cairo. The Security Manager will oversee all aspects of security operations, including implementing and maintaining effective security protocols, managing security teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating risks, conducting security audits, overseeing physical and digital security measures, and training staff on safety procedures. The Security Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management, including the ability to develop and implement effective safety protocols. Knowledge and experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive data and systems. Understanding of Network Security practices and ability to manage secure communications and operations infrastructures. Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee security personnel and ensure effective performance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and risk assessment skills. Familiarity with local safety regulations and emergency response protocols. Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred. Certification in relevant security fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
