Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role is based in Egypt and involves managing all aspects of the restaurant, including supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing customer service, staff hiring and training, and overseeing food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver outstanding Customer Service. Strong leadership skills in Hiring and managing a team effectively. Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to engage with staff and customers. Knowledgeable in Food & Beverage management with a track record of ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
