Role Overview We are hiring a results-driven Telesales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and able to close deals while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales calls Present products/services clearly and confidently Close sales and meet daily/weekly targets Build rapport with customers and understand their needs Accurately update CRM systems and call logs Follow scripts while adapting to customer responses Maintain high-quality customer service standards
Qualifications Previous experience in telesales or call center (preferred) Fluent English (B2+ minimum – American accent preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work night shifts (US hours) Target-driven and motivated by commissions Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
