Role Description
This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, showcasing properties, building strong client relationships, and providing expert guidance through the transaction process. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, addressing clients' questions, and ensuring all legal documentation is in place for a seamless process.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate processes and understanding of Real Property Strong skills in Sales and negotiation Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with the New Cairo property market is a plus Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are advantageous Proficiency with CRM tools and technology is a bonus
