Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for the Owner of the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative. The Owner will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation objectives. Responsibilities will include managing cross-functional teams, evaluating project progress, and identifying new opportunities to enhance program outreach and effectiveness. The role also involves advocating for the initiative, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and maintaining alignment with national digital goals.
Qualifications
Strategic Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Project Management and Organizational skills to oversee operational execution and ensure project milestones are achieved. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills to foster relationships and promote collaboration with various partners and entities. Experience in Digital Transformation, Technology, and Innovation fields to align with the initiative's core objectives. Proficiency in Problem-solving and Decision-making to address challenges and identify growth opportunities. Strong knowledge of Egypt's economic and digital sectors, as well as commitment to its sustainable development agenda. Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
